The step-by-step process designed by the author is helpful in making whatever change is important, without depending on personal trainers and coaches. This work book can be used as a stand-alone tool and also as a companion to other books and programs. Making changes in one’s life is challenging and this work book is for all those readers who would like to know themselves better, begin a new practice or learn a new skill, curtail an unhealthy practice or habit, and find an easy way to motivate themselves to make personal changes.
The tips and techniques have been put down methodically, making it easy for readers to follow and practice. The key questions in the book will aid one to contemplate and help find answers that will give insights about oneself. The ‘Deep Dive Activities’ are also helpful in plumbing a bit deeper. The practical assignments can be implemented into one’s life and readers can work their way through all the activities in sequential order. I found the book useful and helpful in understanding oneself and making real, directed, personal changes in life. If readers do the activities and answer key questions in the book consistently, they will be able to see personal growth or personal development, and will also tune into the person they want to be.
