Some songs are among the favorites of our childhood, which are always a pleasure to listen to and rediscover. Knick-Knack Paddy Whack is one of the most popular children's songs, and as it happens with all beautiful things, it is fun to modify it and create a new version. This is what happens in Knick-Knack Paddy Whack Version 2.0 by Nita Marie Clark. In this amazing book, illustrated by Kathy N. Doherty, young readers will meet Curly and Old Sarge, a dog and his owner, who wander from sunrise to nightfall singing the popular tune with brand new words. Join them and start singing out loud!
All children's books should be read aloud by a parent or another adult. Their words (and worlds) are always magical, and they become even more fabulous when an expert voice guides little readers through the pages. This practice is not just recommended but mandatory when you read Knick-Knack Paddy Whack Version 2.0. I believe the suggestion of Nita Marie Clark's book is not merely to read a story and observe its colorful images. Above all, it invites you to join Curly and Old Sarge and sing together with them. It is mainly for this reason that I liked the idea of Knick-Knack Paddy Whack Version 2.0 so much, and I will not be alone. If you have children, especially very young ones, this is the right book to entertain and amuse them. I wish all readers of Knick-Knack Paddy Whack Version 2.0 a lot of fun.
