I actually could not put this book down as the 'aha' moments kept coming thick and fast. I loved the sections on understanding why sometimes things don't go your way; this made perfect sense. Also, why your focus should be on reaching self-actualization and not on sabotaging your true self by pleasing others. The exercise to combat negative thinking was superb and one that I am going to recommend to anyone that has any challenge to overcome. The 'What If' psalm would also be invaluable to anyone facing a moment of uncertainty. I have to admit I am not a religious person, but I am a very spiritual, and this amazing book gave me goosebumps while reading it, so I want to recommend this book not only to those looking for answers in a religious context but in a spiritual one too.
