One morning, Tim went into the woods to look for mushrooms and berries. He takes two woven baskets along with him to hold the berries and mushrooms, and he goes deep into the wood. Tim loses track of the time and by the time he reaches home the fire in the fireplace has gone out. At night he dreams about his little flame and in the morning Tim decides to go in search of his little flame. The bluebird at his window takes him to the city, but then Tim is not sure whether the bluebird has taken him there to find his flame or Alina.
