Code of Justice is a fantastic book! I loved this book AND the author. I am a fan of Liz Johnson's work, having read two others by this highly-talented lady. She creates stories that have intense thrills, life-like complex characters, and a plot line that grips the reader from start to finish. Her readers can look forward to a story that will take them on twists and turns, ups and downs, and set them down in an unexpected place.

The plot line is awesome in this book! I loved the suspense of the story as I quickly became a part of helping Heather figure out the puzzle. I became a part of Heather, who belongs to the FBI team and of the story as I settled in for the read. When an accident claims the life of Kit (Heather's sister) and the pilot, things seem okay....at first. That is until Heather feels like it could be something more than a fatal accident. It feels to her like it could be a fatal murder.

After she recuperates from the crash, Heather unexpectedly receives a new roommate: Sheriff's Deputy Jeremy Latham. Well, let's just say that while he helps Heather investigate her feelings of this "accident", he wants to investigate his further growing attraction for her. Together, these two piece the puzzle pieces together to solve this fantastic suspenseful mystery.

This is, without a doubt, a highly recommended, high flying 5-star novel from an incredibly talented author! Liz Johnson is by far one of the greatest suspense novelists out there, and I hope that she has lots more of these 5-star intense suspense novels! Well done!
