The beauty of A Matter of Words by Brian Paone, Randy Blazak, Chuck Mosley, et al, was that I was able to feel so much by reading just one book. From a chill to a smile then to sympathy, joy, sadness and admiration, I felt it all. Some stories contain such vivid action scenes while others maintain a calm tone. Overall, reading this book was close to having a roller-coaster ride. At the end of one story, I was so gripped by the climax and the height of suspense ... only to be sucked into another story with a completely different subject. Each account was very masterfully written and most of the characters were quite compelling. The themes are relatable yet presented and told in an extraordinary way. Still, the topics are authentic, showing both the dark and great sides of people. Truly a spell-binding read!
