The book is a good tool for helping readers make a shift in philosophy when it comes to the ‘truthfulness’ of their thoughts. The book also shares some brief exercises which will prove useful when it comes to giving the mind the experience that change is possible. The book will help readers stop and think and make the necessary changes that are required.
