Vincent is the 8th novel in the Boys of Brighton series by M. Tasia. Tristan Michaels is a writer with the most serious case of bad luck. It seems as if fate has an agenda against him. When his world was shattered, Tristan was ready to do whatever it took to keep a low profile and stay out of trouble, but as always, fickle fate had to ruin everything for him. But did it? He gets to meet Vincent and Tristan’s world does a whole 360-degree turn. It appears that his feelings are reciprocated as Vincent is ready to do whatever it takes to keep Tristan safe. When Tristan is in danger, Vincent knows that he is the one who can protect this man and ensure he remains safe. But is Vincent’s love enough to keep Tristan out of the danger that seems to lurk around every corner?
M. Tasia knows how to tell a good story and ensure that the reader is hooked the moment they open Vincent: Boys of Brighton Book 8. Vincent and Tristan’s story is very endearing and emotional in a completely different way than the other novels in the series. They are different from each other, they don’t have much in common yet they somehow make it work. Their love isn’t cheesy; it isn’t too much to handle but is just perfect. They help each other grow and allow the other to feel confident. I enjoyed the dialogues between them and simply loved their interactions. This is yet another job well done by the author and I honestly hope she writes more soon.
