Turbo-Suslik: How to Stop Fucking Your Mind and Start Living by Dmitri Leushkin is a motivating book that helps readers to break down the barriers of their thinking, the negative beliefs, blaming others for failure, childhood traumas, and many other emotions that hinder one's mind from progressing. Many of these emotions stunt one's growth and this book gives tips and techniques to get rid of the negativity that lingers in one's mind. The book helps readers to be free from all the barriers that they have built within themselves due to their personal experiences and incidents.
I found the book inspirational and the author's tips and advice can be incorporated into one's life for personal transformation. All topics related to the mind and its influence, including the subconscious mind, are covered extensively and expansively. The book is profound and will aid readers to ponder about the thoughts that crowd their minds and how to get rid of negative thoughts. The concept of 'snapback' is educational and useful to many readers who knowingly and unknowingly apply it. I also found the list of positive and negative emotions very useful. It helps readers look at both poles of the emotional spectrum.
It's an excellent book to change one's attitude and thinking. The concepts are not complicated, and the author conveys them in a simple manner that helps readers identify with and comprehend the topic discussed. The book is useful to those readers who want to work on themselves and expel the dark parts that reside within.
