Her life takes an entirely new direction due to the incoming texts. As the days pass, Jen begins to wonder if the texter is more human than heavenly. Humorous and enchanting, The Text God (Text and You Shall Receive) by Whitney Dineen and Melanie Summers is a captivating and unforgettable romantic comedy. It is a charming story with enigmatic and eccentric protagonists who are engaging and lovable. Jen's character with her naivete and unique outlook is endearing as well as comical. Her zany antics and strong faith are laugh-out-loud funny. Several times I had to put the book down because I laughed so hard, I cried. Each of the characters is natural, authentic, and engaging, and I enjoyed meeting them all. This spectacular novel will delight everyone who adores comedic chick-lit tales where faith, hope, and love meld into a blossoming romance. Phenomenal!
