Author Biography

Neil Killion is an author and pioneering theorist about the meaning of life. He has uniquely built his twelve year symbolic cycle theory, known simply as ‘Life Cycles‘, from studying accumulated biographical data, which makes it different to the occult and a lot closer to science.
He published his first critically acclaimed book ‘Life Cycles’ in 2008, and since 2009, has maintained two highly-rated blogs, featuring monthly posts on celebrities from a ‘Life Cycles’ perspective. ‘The Life Cycles Revolution’ provides detailed and comprehensive statistical proof of the theory.
He holds a Masters degree in Psychology, from Sydney University and for around twenty years has founded and run his own outplacement company. His interviews have provided the case history basis of his key discoveries.
He is also an awarded amateur songwriter, fitness devotee and life-long tennis player; as well as having a deep-seated love affair with the world famous Bondi Beach.

“The Life Cycles Revolution” by Neil Killion is the kind of book that attracts spiritually attuned people, open-minded individuals, intelligentsia members or “left-field” thinkers like me. The basic premise is that your life changes in 12-year intervals and is marked by Trafalgar Moments (low points in 12-year period) and Austerlitz Moments (high points in 12-year period). Analyzing your biography through an enlightened lens will help you clarify events and predict your future. Your story has recurring, symbolic themes. It unfolds just like the narratives of Napoleon, Michelangelo, Darwin, award-winning writers, famous actors and politicians. The author proves that “The Life Cycles Revolution” is totally different: unlike numerology, astrology or any other esoteric teaching, 'Life Cycles' is not a new version of an old philosophy; it is based on biographical evidence.

“Life Cycles” is the epitome of similar but different. Previously I had studied metaphysical, spiritual and occult principles; e.g., fate, destiny, free will, karma, etc. That has made this book especially interesting to me. Killion’s work is comprised of 372 pages of detailed case studies, historical events and thought-provoking questions. He simplified abstract ideas through the use of layman’s terms, icons and the analogous train ride to Revolution Place. His background in psychology and management consulting affords him keen insight into human behavior. “The Life Cycles Revolution” is a follow-up to Killion’s first best-selling book “Life Cycles.” This book is extraordinary. Reading it has the capacity to change someone's life completely. It is highly recommended for anyone who questions the purpose of life and seeks to explore all options.

Mr. Killion certainly has a very interesting perspective on life and the underlying order which permeates things! In “The Life Cycles Revolution”, he redefines the meaning of ‘the life cycles’ once more; not ignoring the other theorists by any means; but also unperturbed by their views. He defines his own beliefs and presents a plethora of information that supports his theories. At the beginning of this fantastic series of logical points Neil states that, ““Life Cycles” is so statistically superior to any other esoteric theory that it verges on science. “Life Cycles” is the missing piece of the jigsaw puzzle of life”, and he may really be on to something. The collection of information that Killion presents covers a broad range of things; from people such as Erikson, Gandhi, and Steiner, to his theories concerning revolutionary moments, the year 36, fate vs. freewill, and that the number twelve is dynamic and significant to the universe.

Mr. Killion brings the reader to new levels of awareness of the things that go on in our daily lives, and how we can anticipate and correlate daily events. It may not be exactly science, but his walk-through on self-realization and enhancing your awareness is a very interesting and amusing read that left me with an overall good feeling; not something that just any author can do with this subject material. In my opinion the book is put together rather well. It’s a pleasantly interesting read, and off-the-wall enough to keep you guessing and turning the page to see what Mr. Killion will say next. The book transcends numerous genres, putting together enough evidence to make Killion’s thesis credible while presenting this evidence in a way that will keep readers hooked.

"The Life Cycles Revolution" is written by Neil Killion as a follow up to his critically acclaimed book "Life Cycles". Taking his revolutionary theory, which states that we all live in repeating twelve year symbolic cycles one step further, he presents us with more supporting evidence and convincing proofs. The book examines the 12 year life cycles in the lives of over sixty well-known people, including in-depth studies of Einstein, Gandhi, Charles Darwin, Napoleon, J.K. Rowling , John Lennon and Lady Gaga. It contains a blueprint for reader's own lives and personal development advice in the areas of romance, relationships and career. The theory is derived from biographical supporting evidence and does not ascribe inherently magical properties to external elements. In other words, this is not an occult or New Age theory, but rather one that verges toward scientific work.

Culled from his long years of professional and personal experience, that involves talking to many people of all ages and from different walks of life, a lot of research has gone into this book. Neil Killion, the author of "The Life Cycles Revolution" is an innovative thinker. His theory is a result of his logical interpretation on his findings during the course of his job as a psychologist. He makes an in-depth study of fate and destiny and shows exactly how it operates, using his own life as a teaching example. This is a new revolutionary way of dealing with life. It is also something that can be used as a tool to understand ourselves. This is a self development book that has to be read twice, in order to understand it better. Presenting a new theory about human life, it is a must read for people who want to know the meaning life.
