The Boy Secret: Helping Boys Succeed in School by Katrina Tie is an insightful book for all those parents who have boys struggling in school, for parents who want to know the best way to get their toddler-aged child school-ready, and for educators who are trying to deal with certain boys in the classroom, and also for anyone who wants to know how to make boys become successful. The book gives good tips, tricks, and information about the male brain so that parents know what can be done at home to make sure their boys focus on better behavior and learning at school.
The author shares personal experiences, making the tools and strategies easy for readers to practice so that their boys can overcome obstacles and become successful in school. The average boy is a year and a half behind in reading but research shows that children who read can understand another person's viewpoint better than children who do not read. The author's approach to the topic is structured, extensive, and methodical, and that helps readers who are struggling to deal with their boys at school and at home. The Boy Secret: Helping Boys Succeed in School by Katrina Tie is good for average boys but it does work for boys with differences too. Boys need attention and love and that is what gives them the confidence to do well in school, and reading this book will help everyone.
