Designed as a self-help guidebook specifically for real estate agents to read and learn from, this informative and well-organized volume offers tips on how to behave during the process of promoting and selling homes. The book looks at the general approach and demeanor that is required to be approachable and successful, as well as how to put forth honesty in a tactful way which garners respect. The volume also features extensive interviews with highly successful agents who impart their wisdom to newcomers to the business, or those who are not currently seeing results.
Author Catherine Richardson has put together a concise but very informative guidebook that anyone at any level of their real estate career is sure to gain vital and useful tips from. The book promises to raise the level of the business, your reputation, and your income, and it’s easy to see how those three go hand in hand with Richardson’s helpful overview of the market and the specific approaches which are discussed. There are fifteen in-depth chapters that offer distinct points, and the organization is easy to refer back to whilst you are in the learning process.
