What would happen to Christmas if Santa’s famous list went missing? Well, that’s what happened. The snow fairy, Quinn, a very imaginative little snow fairy who loves a good story, stumbles on two elves arguing in the magic forest. They’ve lost Santa’s list and they don’t know what to do. When Quinn offers to help, the three start backtracking to see if they can find where the list might have been dropped. They end up passing some threatening signs at the edge of the forest as the path they’re following leads into the icy blue mountains. They discover a very lonely creature who is distraught that he has stolen the list. Not on purpose, of course. Brave little snow fairy, Quinn, has the perfect solution, but it involves the power of friendship to make things right.
Jana Buchmann’s picture book story, Quinn Saves Christmas: A magical snow fairy adventure is a charming Christmas story that will appeal to all readers, young and young at heart. The story is told with care and compassion and a lot of imagination. The plot develops with ease and the language is simple to appeal to the young reader.
