The work looks into seven truths that, when studied and internalized, will remind any Christian of God’s presence and love in their lives even when things seem bleak. The author likens the Christian journey to the growth process of a child in becoming an adult. In Chapter 5, the book discusses the topic of worrying and its negative impact on our peace, productivity, health, and our concern for others, among others. Instead of worrying, the book advocates prayer and trust in God. Other sections discuss God’s sovereignty, faithfulness, and the ability to handle all circumstances as well as other uplifting biblical teachings.
