Karol Ladd is no stranger to writing great books as she has authored over 30 books at this point in her life. In this book entitled Positive Leadership Principles for Women, she unveils eight secrets that can inspire and impact on others around you. She understands how taking the negative situations that come at one in life and how they must be turned around for good to glorify God. There are some risks involved in serving God, but a risk that will unleash itself in wisdom and power. There is great encouragement found within the pages of this book, enabling one to be strengthened and encouraged by its powerful words.
Author Ladd takes the reader on a journey so they can explore their own life by looking up to God for their source of strength before they reach out to others to minister to them. When one is strengthened by God and is shown the way to walk therein, then they must reach out to others who need a strong shoulder to lean on. There is a recommended reading list for readers as well as eight steps on how to have effective leadership. While this is a small book, it is filled with powerful thoughts and insight that will enable a woman to grow deeper in her relationship with God and enable her to help others. The end of each chapter has a summary of what was discussed; sharing the powerful truth, then giving practical applications that can be applied as well as how to personalize it so that it's more than just words on a page, rather, words that offer hope for the journey.
