Kingdom Wealth is a practical book outlining the intricacies of tithing, seeding and receiving God’s wealth as Christians. Author J. Vernon Duncan thoroughly explains that the recipient of 'Kingdom Wealth' as he calls it must be fully immersed in the Word of God. His or her heart must be right and he/she should be a genuine believer in order to see God’s material blessings. The author stresses the importance of balancing tithing and seeding faithfully with praying steadfastly for a financial breakthrough. Tithing and seeding should be a regular habit. The author even suggests that God’s people are actually entitled to this kingdom wealth once they are fully centred in Christ. To flesh out his theory, the author goes on to provide actual examples of persons who received this wealth. He also benefited greatly from practicing the act of tithing and seeding coupled with fervent prayer. It is imperative that all Christians practise these instructions in order to receive God’s richest blessings.
Kingdom Wealth is a very interesting book. I love the in-depth analysis of the methodology behind achieving God’s wealth. The language used is semi-formal and it is quite explanatory. Personally, I have heard and read about tithing, but this book reveals the real deal about balancing tithing and seeding with prayer. I love the way in which author J. Vernon Duncan uses the Word of God to substantiate his pertinent points. I love the analogy of farming to demonstrate the returns that faithful Kingdom investors are entitled to. I really found the positive instructions on speaking daily declarations to be very inspiring. On a personal note, I have found that my day goes well once I begin it in a positive frame of mind. To read this excerpt now solidifies my daily practice. Kingdom Wealth is a refreshing eye-opener and the testimonies it contains ensures that it is an encouraging book for all readers.
