Jordan's Deliverance is the third novel in the Jordan of Algoran series by Allen Steadham. As a leader, Jordan SnowFire had to make some big decisions, but nothing could have prepared her for whatever was coming her way. Zeetra became a target for the Onchei and Jordan knew that the Mokta tribe would be next. The Onchei could become a great threat to her people so Jordan decided to look for the only thing that could protect her people and the Mountain of Mokta from the wrath of the Onchei. The only way to distract the Onchei and save everyone was an heirloom that was on Earth. Jordan hadn’t gone back to the planet since she was taken away. She sent her son Arrow and Maska to retrieve Zeetra while she went to Earth to get the artifact. But could they succeed? Was there any way for Jordan to secure the people she swore to protect? Or was Earth going to reveal secrets she had no idea existed?
Jordan's Deliverance by Allen Steadham is such a great story. The protagonist was bold, strong, and ready to take the action that would protect the people she promised to lead. Her relationship with Arrow was very humbling. In fact, relationships played an important role in this novel. Maska and Arrow’s relationship spoke to me and gave me one more thing to look forward to. Although I hadn’t read the previous novels in the series (now I look forward to them), I had zero issues with following the plot and becoming immersed in it. The plot was intricate, it had the right subplots to drive the story forward and not distract the reader from the main plot. Zeetra’s storyline was very interesting and became the backbone of the narrative. Reading this novel was a pleasure.
