A murder mystery in Tursenia, Italy, interrupts the week off that Chase Williams had planned in Into the Killer Sphere by Stefania Mattana. Hoping to get away from the office and take some much-needed time off, Chase is suddenly called upon by his friend, Inspector Angelo Alunni when Piero Galli was killed by a chandelier that fell on him and broke his neck. The problem is, things don’t look exactly right for it to be an accident. The most important part of living in Tursenia is to keep up appearances, especially for those who are wealthy. As Chase follows Angelo around on what he believes is a very shoddy job of police work, he keeps an eye out for the most intricate of details, knowing that those are the leads they will be able to use to solve the mystery. Will Chase have his entire vacation ruined or will he have the assassin taken down with enough time left over to enjoy at least a portion of his vacation; and before there are more mysterious deaths?
Stefania Mattana takes you on a dark tour of the medieval Italian city of Tursenia in Into the Killer Sphere. The story has the gloomy feel of a mystery among the foggy streets of London while actually taking place in Italy where it is touted that the sun is always shining. With the dark twist of intrigue and mystery that Stefania places in the story and the intricate twists and turns that must be navigated to solve the case, you will find yourself rapidly turning pages to keep up with the action. Intriguing, dark and mysterious, Into the Killer Sphere in an excellent addition to the Chase Williams series and will keep you 'in the dark' until the very last page is turned.
