Hop on for a wild adventure with Grandma Becky's Blue Tongue. Written by Kathleen Cawley with eye-catching artwork by Laurie Barrows, the story follows an eccentric grandma. Grandma Becky loves licking Fleeps. One day, however, after she licked a blue Fleep, her tongue swelled up and mysteriously turned blue. After slobbering all over her house, Grandma Becky drives her car to Cherry's Ice Cream shop around the corner, only her tongue makes a mess on the road, affecting her driving. She barely avoids hitting Maria Martinez and almost gets swallowed up, car and all, by Lucky Larry, the Lizard Walker's favorite lizard, Drago the Dastardly Dragon. Now, inside Cherry's Ice Cream shop, will Grandma Becky be able to eat her favorite ice cream?
Prepare yourselves for laughs galore with Grandma Becky's Blue Tongue! Kathleen Cawley brings you a fun story that is bound to tickle your funny bone. With some vibrant illustrations by Laurie Barrows, the story is an absolute joy to read. Becky is the kind of quirky grandma everyone would love to have, and you can't help but be charmed by her idiosyncrasies. The introduction of Drago, the Dastardly Dragon, adds a fantastical flavor, making it all the more creative and immersive. I thoroughly enjoyed the humor, heart, dialogue, and riveting artwork. So have fun and let your imagination run wild by grabbing a copy of Grandma Becky's Blue Tongue.
