Alexander has created an intriguing plot, cramming ingenious twists into it. I loved how he subtly maintains a thin line between reality and the imaginations of the protagonists. His original and dramatic way of capturing the mood and settings made for an entertaining read. His use of introspection supplemented the humor. I particularly relished the scenes where Alex interacted with Ernie and Lucy. The vivid depictions of the events made the reading experience feel like watching a movie. Alexander brings out the emotions and complex abilities of the well-crafted and exciting role players. Alex is an ambitious guy whose curious and intelligent mind will leave you wanting more of him.
