The many obvious reasons of tiredness like lack of proper sleep, illness, and poor nutrition can be listed under what is termed as chronic fatigue syndrome, which can make every part of one’s life difficult. Fatigue affects many of us and this book has some good strategies and tips, plus diet, exercises, cleansing, and detox to handle fatigue and overcome it. The author’s personal experiences and the spiritual link are useful to all those trying to fight ongoing fatigue and achieve a healthy lifestyle.
The topic is interesting and relevant, and readers can relate well with what causes fatigue and how they feel while trying to deal with exhaustion. The suggestions can be implemented in our lives to have fewer and fewer bad days and more and more good days. All the tips can be practiced without much difficulty and one should not feel discouraged if they do not get any immediate results. The author also encourages readers to pursue a relationship with God as she feels that will change any meaningless, wearisome toil into spiritual productivity and purpose.
