Dogs are faithful pets and will always be there to accompany us in both good and bad times. Dogs are loving. They like to play and take care of the family. Dog Love is a book that demonstrates this. The images show how we can play with them or what things we can do to show them love. In the same way, the book shows how to know if a dog is happy. K. R. Ward also talks about a very important aspect - how to take care of a dog. Having a pet dog is also a big responsibility. The book teaches children how to approach these animals, love them and take care of them. It also includes a section at the end with interesting facts about the different types of dogs.
I liked the love for animals that the author conveys in each message. Dog Love is a very informative book. The images are expressive and show the characteristics of dogs. The overall presentation of the book is very good. The text is made up of simple sentences to give advice concisely. The story is adorable and teaches what it is like to have a dog as a pet. It's wonderful to find books that teach children not only to love their pets but also to take care of them. K. R. Ward shows a responsible perspective that every child and adult must consider, which is why it is an important book to have at home. The love and care must be mutual.
