Bath Time Magic (According To Corban #2) is written by Marcy Pusey and illustrated by Yaroslava Yoshchenko. Corban has a secret that he does his very best to hide from his mom. He has a magic bathtub. Every night when it’s time for his bath, Corban puts up a fuss so his mom will never know that he secretly loves his time in the tub. Of course, he knew his complaints about getting wrinkly at such a young age wouldn’t help. He knew she would not give in, which meant he could have his fun. What kind of magic could a bathtub possess that would make Corban want to hide a secret? What would happen if his mother found out about the magic tub? Would she take his bath time away?
I love Bath Time Magic (According To Corban #2) by Marcy Pusey. Corban is a sweet little boy with a bathtub brimming with water, soap bubbles, bath toys, and the magic that lives in every child’s imagination, from sea monsters, speed boats, and sharks to wild whirlpools. Corban’s bath time is an adventure worth reading. It’s no wonder this adventurous little boy wants to keep his bath time magic all to himself. The illustrations by Yaroslava Yoshchenko are bright and entertaining pictures that bring the story into colorful life. I recommend Bath Time Magic to anyone with children and hope to see many more tales in the According To Corban series in the future.
