I read the first book in this series so I appreciate getting to know what happened to Madison and Justin once they grew up. If you haven't read the other stories I would definitely recommend it because it is a fantastic series, but you can still read this book even if you haven't read the others. I am never disappointed with Truly's writing. She does a great job of developing believable compelling characters and setting up the stage for the story. There's enough backstory so that you can understand what's going on and Truly jumps right in with action and drama from the first page. A story full of love, drama, action, and a little splash of crazy. You won't regret reading it!

Truly's narrative is made more intriguing by the inclusion of spiritual themes like psychics, near-death experiences, and communication with ghosts.
