Agents of Change: Arise, Shine; Your Light Has Come! by Kay Taiwo and Olu Taiwo is a non fiction Christian book. The authors seek to equip the modern day Christian with good, old fashioned Bible principles to better navigate this ever changing century. They mainly seek to answer one of today’s most pertinent questions: Who am I and what is my purpose? The authors explore this and expand on various aspects of Christian living that are relevant in today’s world. Agents of Change highlights the importance of understanding God’s plan for us as individuals and our overall positive effect on the rest of the world.
Agents of Change is relevant to all people, regardless of their religious leanings. Under pressure from many external and internal factors, Christians today face a very real battle to maintain their integrity as followers of Christ. Agents of Change makes it clear that understanding your purpose, no matter how insignificant it may appear to be, is the key to living a happy and contented life. The authors’ understanding of human nature is genuine and their reasoning undeniably accurate. No one will suffer from low self-esteem after reading this book. It is comforting as well as empowering for Christians to know that God has a plan for ME. The reader is spiritually and mentally prepared to overcome the enemy’s lies and the self-doubt that can stop them from reaching fulfillment. After reading Agents of Change, I believe the reader will be able to pursue their destiny with insight and foresight.
