I loved that the work is aware of the communication challenges present in the digital age and the cultural differences that individuals and businesses face. The tools and resources offered are also useful. They can be applied by any organization regardless of its cultural setting. I also appreciated that Hansen draws from her vast experience and includes insightful anecdotes that relate to the topic. The unmuted framework offers a step-by-step approach that makes it possible to implement.
