Informative and well-researched, The Postpartum Cookbook busts popular myths, offering foolproof and safe ways to remain healthy. The guide shows you how to calculate your water/alcohol intake as well as your calorie and fiber intake while also sharing interesting recipes from other cultures, including the Mediterranean Turkey Burger.
