With this many jokes, it is easy to find some that will appeal to everyone. Minuk has placed random funny words throughout the book, and she has highlighted them with bright colors. Every page will make you laugh and brighten your day. The final section is a list of all the types of humor found in the book and a short quiz. Read this book and have a fun-filled day.
I enjoyed reading The Funniest Book You've Ever Red because of its unusually interactive and casual tone. Amanda Minuk maintains this engaging style from the first page to the last. The book shocked me, educated me, and made me laugh. I was amazed to learn that zaffre is a rare blue color. This information was unexpected and surprisingly funny. The story is best read out loud with your kids, friends, and family. It can also be a fun learning activity for kids who want to learn more about comedy. The illustrations correspond perfectly with the jokes, and the punch lines and words are emphasized. My favorite joke was using the British accent to read funny words. Find out what kind of humor tickles your fancy.
