For mothers that are looking to start their own business without losing out on the best years of their child’s life, it can seem very difficult. After all, how could you possibly maintain a business of your own and still be the soccer mom or the den leader? It can be difficult but in The Entrepreneurial Mom’s Guide to Growing a Business, Raising a Family, and Creating a Life You Love, Debra Kasowski has explained exactly what you need to know to do just that. It’s actually not as difficult as you may think.

I thought this book contained a lot of excellent examples of what everyone, and not just mothers, does to sabotage themselves. Throughout this book are tips and ideas for getting what you need or want from others and from yourself as well. There are even little exercises to help you and stories of real people that have managed to succeed by trying out these tips. Even the inspirational quotes were great. I think this book really does help out mothers who have struggled to juggle everything that’s on their plate and decided to give up on their own dreams. That’s what Kasowski’s book is all about.

Being a good mother doesn’t mean that you can’t do the things that you want some of the time too. It doesn’t always have to be all about the kids, but at the same time, there doesn’t have to be a lot of sacrifices either for you or for them.
