Do you use coupons when you go shopping? Or maybe you have been thinking about saving a little money by cutting out those coupons in the Sunday paper? Either way, The Couponing Guide by Monica Van Zandt would be a valuable book to help you get organized with couponing. Ms. Zandt begins with an introduction to how she got started with saving and using coupons, and how and why she decided to write this book. She also explains what couponing is, the rules for coupons, the different kinds of coupons, strategies for finding your coupons, as well as really good ways of organizing your coupons. She finishes the book with pro tips and advanced techniques, and an ultimate resource page for those interested in couponing,

I use very few coupons, but after reading this book I want to set goals using them, just as Monica Van Zandt explains here. There is a lot of valuable information that will help make couponing easier for each of us. The chapter I found myself re-reading was Rules for Coupons, which explains that although we have a coupon, we may not be able to use it because of various reasons. Also the chapter on Different Kinds of Coupons was helpful to me, because coupons come in many forms.

There is so much I can say about the contents of The Couponing Guide, but I will leave it for readers to check out for themselves. I will comment on the Ultimate Resource Page because there are some awesome websites there to check out. Give this book a try. I think you will like it as much as I did.
