A. J. Forget has written a delicious collection of recipes that are easy to recreate in limited spaces in The Buslife Kitchen Cookbook. During this holiday we are traveling in RVs, so the recipes provided allow me to prepare for the change, try new flavors, and present great meals that my in-laws are looking forward to. I love the introduction to the meals and the stories of why they are there. I feel connected to the author's experiences on the road and trust these recipes will help me create the family on-the-road food experience I want. The recipes are easy to follow and tweak to your taste and the images are beautiful and inspire me to make them. I recommend this book to fans of educational, self-help, and travel books, as well as cookbooks.
