StudyLark Guide to SAT Writing and Language is an educational self-help book for exam preparation penned by author David Lynch, which aims to provide ‘The Essential Guide for Highly Motivated Students’. This lengthy work of advice, practice questions, and topical discussions takes on the written and linguistic components of the SAT exams to cover all possible bases and prepare students for the variety of tasks they could be set on exam day. The guide includes general advice on how to revise for exams and organize your preparation, and then moves onto drills for approaching types of questions, full sets of practice questions to work on, and full discussions of each grammar and writing topic that could appear.
The Writing section of the SAT exam is made a whole lot simpler to understand and a lot less frightening a prospect by the clear and simple advice given in this excellent guide by author David Lynch. It is clear that the examples are compiled from meticulous research into real tests which have gone by over the years, and the real experiences of students tackling the questions. The organization of the book’s interior is easy to read with excellent layouts, and it makes it easy for students to find the current practice they are working on, but also flick back to other topics to brush up or enhance the work they’re doing.
