Did you know that you have an enemy attacking you every day, every minute of your life? If you are like me, you will answer YES! It seems some days would be better if we never rolled out of bed. This is what the authors talk about in this six-week Bible study. Satan is out to destroy out relationship with the Lord, and we need to be ready for his attacks. I especially enjoyed week four in this study using Job 1:1 through Job 2:10 telling how Satan's attacks cost Job everything he had, but Job still trusted God through it all. Satan may attack, but God is still in control as you will see in this study.
This is another wonderful study from Kay Arthur Ministries. This is one of the 6-week, 40-minute, no-homework studies for those who have limited time for studies, such as a lunch-time Bible study group. And it is designed to complete the entire study in class, with no before and after class assignments.
As I read through this Bible study I became more aware of how Satan is on the attack constantly. Even though these studies seem pretty simply written, they are full of scripture and information that will help the reader to be aware of how Satan works. I like the fact that there are questions to answer and discuss because this reinforces the scriptures we read in the study. Just reading the study gave me a wealth of information; now I plan to go through the study with friends as it is designed to further my knowledge on this issue of Satan in our lives.
I highly recommend this study for your small groups, wherever they may be. You will not be disappointed in this wonderful book!
