In a highly useful book that will provide readers with a lot of concrete information on the best ways to evaluate real estate agents and figure out which one will be the best match for you and your particular situation, Sold Above Market by author Geoff Grist is a book that readers preparing to sell their homes will find themselves turning to time and time again. Told with a true insider's perspective of real estate, as the author has spent the past ten years selling real estate in a highly competitive and metropolitan market, this book has invaluable advice for finding your perfect partner in selling what is likely your most valuable asset, your home, and hopefully coming out with a tidy profit at that.
I very much enjoyed Sold Above Market. It is an easy to follow guide, and author Geoff Grist is clearly a person who really knows what he is talking about in this area. Many people who are preparing to sell their homes might feel incredibly stressed out and might make the mistake of signing on with the first real estate agent that gives them a pitch, without fully understanding the services, contract and rates that the agent is offering. This book provides a lot of things to think about and guides the novice home seller through the process of hiring an agent before they sign on the dotted line. I recommend Sold Above Market to any reader looking for guidance in selling their home. I hope that author Geoff Grist continues in his efforts of writing such useful guides related to real estate. If they are anything like Sold Above Market, they will certainly be worth the read!
