It will make them look at themselves and find out how they value themselves and what can be done to improve other people’s perceptions about them. This book is definitely for all those readers who want to like themselves more, treat themselves better, love themselves more, find novel ways of enjoying being themselves, and acceptance and understanding of their own self.
The book is encouraging and uplifting and the seven essential phases of improving one’s self-worth are effective and helpful.
