Penny was having a bad day. Everything was going wrong for her. Honey was stuck in her hair, she cut her leg, and her socks kept sliding into her shoes. Suddenly she remembered the little box her sister Rosie had gifted her on her birthday. Rosie told her not to open it unless she was having a bad day. She decided to open it that day. Penny was really surprised to see what was inside the box. She expected to see a dragon, a unicorn, or a pink manatee but, instead, it was just a simple pair of glasses. There was nothing exciting about it, but it was a pair that had been passed down from their grandma to their mother, then to her sister, and now to her. What happens when Penny wears those glasses? Let us read the book to find out.
