I especially loved the sections on increasing productivity and creativity. I was not aware that there was a certain time of the day to eat certain foods, tackle assignments that require optimum concentration or to exercise. The chapter on realigning your sleep patterns was also absolutely riveting. I was astonished by how the sleep cycle works and the benefits of having a restful night's sleep on your overall health. The whole process is explained so simply and the fantastic diagrams were easy to understand. I recommend Peak Human Clock by Said Hasyim to anyone who wants to give their entire body a complete makeover.
