Peak Brain Plasticity: Remember What You Want to Remember and Forget What You Can't Forget by Said Hasyim is an engaging and thought-provoking book that gives tools and techniques on how to maintain good brain function, maximize and use it in the best possible way. The book uncovers the science behind learning, and the information shared will help tweak some controllable variables to make it possible to learn with high rates of retention. The tips will also help make brains sharper, anxiety-free, better with time, and form a buffer against degenerative brain diseases. The plasticity of the brain does not stay constant throughout, and to maximize the plasticity of the brain it is important to strengthen its connections with the neurons that store desired knowledge, attitudes, and habits, and weaken the neurons that store undesired knowledge. Reading this book is a good way to realize how a daily habit of learning maintains a well-functioning brain and will give readers greater satisfaction in life.

Peak Brain Plasticity discusses tactics to enhance brain capacity, start each day with positivity, get rid of anxiety, and enjoy life again. This includes healthy studying methods that will help readers score well in exams without staying up all night, easy memorizing techniques, and other interesting details that will help readers become better versions of themselves. The topic is useful and I like the way Said Hasyim has dealt with it; methodically and expansively, helping them to understand the brain, how it works, and how to reshape it. There is a lot of information to help in making learning easier and also to achieve a peak brain function that will bring out the best in readers. The book will also help readers embrace the beauty of learning, and make better choices in their daily routine.
