Gary Turcotte, a successful businessman for 30 years, will guide you through the pitfalls that have always guaranteed failure. It is now time to start succeeding and finding that inner peace within yourself.
I found the tips and techniques of On The Way Or In The Way by Gary Turcotte really helpful and insightful. Changing your mindset about problems, your life, and your future is all about perspective. I liked the case studies of how the author has actually used the techniques within the book successfully. I think this book would be invaluable for any manager to motivate their staff and improve productivity, but also for anyone who seems ‘stuck’ and is looking to escape the rat race and live a happy and more fulfilled life. The three D’s was a definite 'ah-ha' moment, along with how to set new rituals, and how to realize that the people you surround yourself with have a negative impact on your life. I also thought the section on how fear plays a huge part in the choices you make is inspirational. This quote from the book, however, is something that will stay will me: ‘They need a Coach bag, or a Gucci coat to know who, or what, or where they are in life. You don’t need someone else’s name all over everything that you own and wear.’ Highly recommended and a very well researched and written guide.
