Mary Thibodeau offers information gained from both research and personal experience to assist migraine sufferers in their search to find a way to cope with or eliminate this painful and sometimes debilitating problem. This book offers a natural approach with ideas to help your own body to work its best through proper care, natural remedies, and simply by understanding what is happening so that you can take the appropriate action for your body. Herbal, emotional and physical areas are addressed to offer different ways of self-help. A lot of information, ideas, and suggestions are packed into this small book.
Mary Thibodeau brings her own expertise to the subject of migraines in this well written self-help book. She offers insights that only someone who has experienced them for herself can offer. Mary Thibodeau explains different options available through nutrition, natural products, and exercise, while offering encouragement for others to try and then find what will work best for them. There is a lot of valuable information in this book and it is well worth reading. Although I do not suffer from migraines, I know others that do and I will be passing this information on to them. The bonus book, Detox: Common Sense Strategies for Reducing Your Body's Chemical Load, contains a wealth of information as well and is a must-read for anyone who strives to maintain a healthy body.
