Setting and keeping goals can be hard for some people. If you've ever tried to keep a New Year's resolution, or tried to stay on a strict diet, or stick to a new fitness routine, or tried to reach mid-term goals, and then sort of fell away from it after a while, this just may be the fix you need. I can't give the five secrets away here, but they are meant to be positive, permanent changes that involve your dreams, desires, prayers, and reaching outside yourself. As you read, you'll find yourself eagerly going for the next chapter, because it all makes so much sense, and is very do-able in your life.
Zargaran has an easy approach to the material and conveys it in an uncomplicated way that is well-organized and meaningful. This book is short but packs a lot of information and inspiration. The author covers topics that you can use in daily life too, like dealing with stress, regaining your power after loss, finding and maintaining inner strength, and the importance of family. His tumultuous childhood in Iran helped shape him into the person he grew to be and also shaped his ideals. He took what he learned, along with his education, and uses it to help others reach their goals.
