Love Finds A Home consists of three historical love stories about three women, Glenna, Judith and Bev who find love and a future.
“Daddy’s Girl" is about Glenna Moore who’s father is better known for his drinking and gambling. As they are headed to Granger Wyoming she meets Reverend David Green. He is the first to teach Glenna about Christ and she eventually agrees to marry him.
Judith King feels like she will never find a man to love her in “Dear Teacher.” In her mind she is way too tall, and each eye is a different color. She can be just as happy worshiping God and teaching children. That is until two new children come to her classroom. Andy and Grace are the children of boat captain Ernie Snyder. As romance starts to spark between Judith and Ernie, they fall in love and God can break down all barriers that are placed between them.
In the final novella “Twice Loved” we meet Bev Winters and Dan Fisher. Both had lost their spouse and vowed never to love again. Bev took a job as a manager in a used toy store. Accepting the job, Bev also finds something else: a new love in her life in the form of Dan.
Wanda Brunstetter never disappoints her readers. The characters are easy to connect with. I felt as if I was reading about actual people. Each novella is well written and entertaining. Burnstetter always manages to bring out the emotion in her readers. I can always count on her books being well written and cleanly written.
