Lost Hope: A Paranormal P.I. Thriller by Judy T Bishop is the fourth book in the Redstone Chronicles series. Mason and Mikey need to get back to normal, despite their psychotic sister being on the run. When their long-estranged father turns up, they find it even harder, especially when he ends up in hospital. Things go from bad to worse when Trick’s inquiries result in an attack and more savage attacks follow. As they dig into the case, it becomes evident that things aren’t as straightforward as they first seemed and Trick is forced into making a move he didn’t plan. The only way he can protect everyone is to place his trust in a secret organization, but he’s about to put himself in the line of fire. When Mason and Mikey become the killer’s next targets, Trick believes the only way to save them is to sacrifice himself.
Lost Hope by Judy T Bishop is not designed to be read as a standalone but as part of the series. Like the previous books, this one will keep you on your toes, and its action-packed, twisty plot keeps you guessing right to the very end. This is a real page-turner, a book you will keep reading long into the night, afraid to put it down lest you miss something. A combination of thriller, action, and the supernatural, the story welcomes back old friends from previous accounts and introduces a few new ones too. Another great story from a fantastic series, and is highly recommended.
