Being a leader means having the courage to achieve your goals and make objective decisions. Many people are not encouraged to be leaders because they do not believe they are capable, but we all have the same potential deep down inside us. That is why Jon Nicholson teaches us to be congruent with our decisions at work and in our personal lives. He cautions about not allowing doubts to cloud our judgment. Lead and Grow Rich: The Way to Forge Success Through Your Future Self is a guide to help you achieve your life goals and enjoy them. Jon directs you on the way to leadership and wealth by following a four-point system: defining success, being a leader, having a vision for the future, and taking action. He shares the knowledge gained from years of experience and describes how he found the balance between family and work. The reader will feel better equipped to become a leader and take action.
Jon Nicholson is concise in his explanations, which is why I enjoyed this book. Lead and Grow Rich can be read in a single afternoon, but it contains advice that will always be useful. The ideas are appropriate for those looking for inspiration to change their lives. Jon speaks frankly about how we can all feel limited and have doubts. We may be influenced by our past, but that does not define us, as we always have the option to seek a better way to progress. One can make mistakes and work for years in a particular direction, but if that doesn't lead us to our goal, we have to consider other options. This book invites you to reflect on what you want to achieve in your life and motivates you to attain your objectives.
