During dark days, Christians can gain comfort from spending time with their heavenly Father. In this book, Bennett shares his thoughts on several of the Psalms of comfort. Going through dark days leaves people feeling alone and vulnerable. By bringing the Psalms to life, Bennett reminds us that we are never alone, and we are not the first nor the only one to go through dark and deep valleys. Even in the gloom of the virus, God, through the Psalms, brings hope, comfort, and peace. Using God’s Word sheds a different light on disasters and allows us to keep hope and faith alive. Bennet encourages his readers to look to Jesus for strength, comfort, and courage.
