Personally, I do not have the space to grow a garden, living in a concrete jungle, but I see the value of farm produce to family food. This back to basics concept that Carol provides is creating a trend and popularity amongst the Farmer's Market group. It is important to have fresh food. Once I can locate a community garden area or even a small balcony I will be drawing on some of the concepts that Carol has mentioned in this book. I loved the simple way that she broke down the information to make the process not seem so overwhelming. Another plus is in the free gardening apps that Carol introduced that appear to be extremely user friendly, especially for us novice gardeners. Can't wait to get started.
