Flames of Flamenco is a sizzling romance novel by Jennifer Ivy Walker. Ella Jacobs is a young woman who has recently left a loveless marriage of five years. A French teacher from Florida, Ella travels to the City of Light, Paris, on a scholarship to practice the language through studying art in Montmartre, where she comes across a talented artist and flamenco dancer named Jean-Luc Cortés. From their first encounter, sparks fly, and soon enough, Ella and Jean-Luc become inseparable, bonding over their mutual attraction and shared love for art and dance. Ella moves into Jean-Luc's atelier and becomes his muse while creating unique couture designs of her own. But when a beautiful curator offers Jean-Luc an extraordinary opportunity, it threatens Ella and Jean-Luc's relationship. Will Ella and Jean-Luc end up together?
Immerse yourself in a bohemian tale of love, eroticism, and art with this engrossing novella, Flames of Flamenco. Jennifer Ivy Walker has given romance lovers the perfect romantic odyssey for the holiday season. The author captures the essence of Paris in a way that ignites your freewheeling spirit and uses it as a backdrop for a love story that stirs your heart. The plot is minimalistic but absorbing nonetheless. The primary focus is on the two main characters. Ella and Jean-Luc are kindred spirits, drawn to each other by their physical attraction. Every scene featuring the two together is laced with sexual tension, and their palpable chemistry makes you want to root for them and their relationship. Although primarily written for women, I think even male readers who love to read romance will enjoy this book.
