Axe plans not to tell Kenzi what he does for Wilkerson and what his relationship is with him. She knows something is bothering Axe, but he does not talk to her about it and avoids her questions. When an old close school friend contacts her, she realizes she has to tell someone about her secret, and it is not Axe. Will their secrets bring them together or will they drift apart?
Fire: Sinful Desires by A.L. Long has a complex and interesting plot. There are so many twists and turns that the suspense kept me on the edge of my seat. I turned the pages as fast as I could to find out what was going to happen next. The story is fast-paced and full of action, with never a dull moment. The characters were well developed and each with their own background. There were a few characters, but they were so interesting that I remembered each one. Each character has a set of unique skills, and they are intertwined into an intriguing story. Fire: Sinful Desires is well written and exceeded my expectations. It was nothing like I expected. I enjoyed reading this story that ended with a major cliff-hanger.
