Fail to Succeed: The Five Critical Principles of Failure for Massive Personal Growth (Essential Habits & Beliefs of the Entrepreneur) by Bootstrap Businessmen is a book of stories of people who "failed," only to turn out having great success. While the principles aren't specifically named, they are depicted through real-life stories with clever chapter names like "Fail for the Craziest Shift," and "Smell Like Smoke, Been Through Failure," to name just two of them. The book is written to teach you how to change your thinking and to turn your failures into strengths by developing new habits and practices. Stories are shared of athletes, inventors, entrepreneurs, and millionaires who failed before they succeeded.
Fail to Succeed: The Five Critical Principles of Failure for Massive Personal Growth (Essential Habits & Beliefs of the Entrepreneur) by Bootstrap Businessmen is inspirational and starts your thought process toward thinking more positively about failing. One of the things they teach you in management courses is to give your employees the "freedom to fail," and this book asks you to give yourself that same freedom. Fail to Succeed is thought-provoking and I liked the quotes from different famous people, such as the Albert Einstein quote that "Failure is success in progress." Bootstrap Businessmen have provided good food for thought here on how to learn from our failures and look at them as stepping stones toward success. This is not a self-help book, but an inspiring book with guides on how to change your practices.
